KREM DELIGHTS LIMITED WALLET PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Use of Wallet Pass:
- The Wallet Pass is intended solely for personal use by the registered member or Gift Voucher recipient.
- The Wallet Pass may not be transferred, sold, or used for any commercial purpose without express written consent from Krem Delights.
3. Expiration:
- Wallet Passes may have expiration dates, and it is the responsibility of the passholder to use them before the specified date.
- Expired passes cannot be redeemed or extended.
4. Lost or Stolen Passes:
- Krem Delights Limited is not responsible for lost or stolen Wallet Passes.
- Passholders are encouraged to notify us immediately in case of loss or theft for assistance.
5. Changes to Terms:
- Krem Delights Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be communicated through our official website and will be effective immediately upon publication.
6. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes or concerns regarding the use of Wallet Passes shall be subject to local law.

- Krem Delights Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Wallet Passes or any related services.
